Health and Wellness Coaching* is a process by which I coach you as a “whole” person. Through this process, you are educated, guided and encouraged to clarify your intentions and goals. Then, you are assisted in reaching them. A variety of skilled methods are used to assist you in regaining your physical, emotional and mental balance. Gently, you are coached to achieve positive results by creating new and practical healthy lifestyle patterns that enhance and fulfill your daily life.
Relaxation Adventures consists of easy-to-learn meditation and stress management techniques that calm the body and mind. These are techniques that can be used for a lifetime to assist you in dealing with changes and stressful life events as well as improve your overall quality of life.
Interactive Guided Imagery* is a potent healing technique which incorporates positive visual imagery, the imagination and all of the senses to gently guide you into a more balanced state making room for any healing that may come forward. This process facilitates great expansion of awareness thus giving you the ability to let go of belief systems and thought patterns that no longer serve you and gain control of your direction in life.
Spiritual Healing entails connecting with the divine essence that is a part of all life and bringing forward the blessings of greater health and healing for your highest good. This process also assists in clearing any negativity or imbalance that blocks your overall wellness.
